More than 100 young psychiatrists and narcologists were trained during the event.
Within the framework of this scientific and educational project, agreements on mutual understanding and cooperation were signed with the aim of developing cooperation in the field of psychiatric services, as well as improving the organization of psychiatric, psychotherapeutic and narcological, as well as drug treatment of specialists in the field of psychiatry and narcology:
1. Between the Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center for Mental Health of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Republican Clinical Psychiatric Hospital of the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Republic of Tajikistan.
2. Between the Republican specialized scientific and practical Medical Center for Mental Health and the Psychiatric Association of Kyrgyzstan.
On April 26, the final day of the II “Spring Samarkand Scientific School of young psychiatrists and narcologists” took place.
The day was eventful.
An important event was the official signing of a cooperation agreement with the Belarusian Psychiatric Association, which for many years has made a great contribution to the development of the mental health service of Uzbekistan, was with us in organizing our first school, helped to establish and develop cooperation with leading foreign institutions.
