– to ensure teaching ” Psychiatry ” and “Narcology” in accordance with the State educational standards, standart curricula and other regulations
– to improve the quality of the educational process through constant self-education of the department’s staff, the introduction of new knowledge and development of science and technology
– to organize and conduct the scientific research, to increase the scientific potential of the staff, involvement of students into scientific research
– to help healthcare organizations through continuous improvement of quality of diagnostic and treatment process
