Masters courses and residency

The department is also responsible for education of medical residents and masters in the fields of “Psychiatry” and “Narcology”.

Education for clinical residents lasts for 2 years, the master’s course – 3 years.

Clinical residents receive speciality of psychiatrist or narcologist after completion of training and successful passing of the state examinations.

A master’s degree is awarded to students after completion of training, passing the state examination and defense of master’s research project.
