TMA rector L.N. Tuychiev opened the event. In his speech, he noted the importance of the event, which is being held within the framework of the President’s decree, thanked foreign experts for their cooperation and expressed hope for further bilateral development.


Then the head of the Department of Psychiatry and Narcology of the TMA, President of the Association of Psychiatrists of Uzbekistan with Professor Magzumova Sh.Sh. continued the event.

In the online mode, scientists from near and far abroad shared the achievements and problems in psychiatry, identified the primary goals, objectives and solutions.


Events of this kind – international and practice-oriented – carry a very large informational load for healthcare professionals. This knowledge contributes to the improvement of the quality of organization and provision of mental health care to the population, the introduction of innovative, integral and individual approaches in practical health care and medical education.
In the end, Professor of the Department of Psychiatry and Narcology of TMA Magzumova Sh.Sh. expressed gratitude and hope for further fruitful cooperation. In turn, foreign experts also thanked the organizers and said that they were ready for further close cooperation in the field of education and healthcare.
