An international scientific and practical conference on the topic “Mental health service: achievements and prospects” was held in Tashkent, Kokand and Ferghana. The conference was held on October 17-18-19.
During the plenary session, speakers from Uzbekistan, Russia, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan and Belarus presented topical reports on the problems of diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of mental disorders.
The conference provided a unique opportunity to share experiences and discuss current challenges in the field of mental health.
The participants discussed issues of anxiety disorders, schizophrenia, innovative methods of psychosis therapy and strategies to improve the well-being of the population.
Special attention was paid to the personnel crisis in psychiatry and possible ways to solve it.
